Our ADEZZ Aluminium and corten Ponds round are coated with polyurea on the inside. This prevents the water feature from rusting. Additionally, our ponds come with a fixed overflow pipe and optionally with holes.
Aluminium is corrosion-resistant. Thus meaning, the ADEZZ Ponds round does not crack from freezing and is not damaged by various weather conditions. So, you can enjoy it for many years. Also, the aluminium pond is available in multiple colours. After the aluminium ADEZZ Ponds round is produced, it undergoes several post-treatments. As a result, the material is roughened for better adhesion of the powder coating. The powder coating is available in different colours and is applied with a strong adhesive base layer. Finally, the aluminium is treated with a hard top layer. This ensures our ADEZZ round Pond’s are scratch-resistant.
The rich orange- brown tones of the corten steel, formed through a natural rust layer, creates a beautiful focal point that contrasts the green in your garden. Enhanced by this rusted pond’s organic shape. Corten steel is a metal alloy consisting of iron, to which copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, and chromium are added. When exposed to the outdoors, the material is covered with a protective rust layer. This natural rust layer provides protection against further corrosion. This gives this rusted ponds a long lifespan.

- Standard RAL colours are RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 9005, and RAL 9016. For other colours, start-up costs are charged.
Corten
- 5-year warranty.
- The inside is coated black with polyurea. This ensures that the pond basin does not rust when water is added.
- Ponds made of corten steel are wear-resistant, weather-resistant, low-maintenance, and durable.
- Products are delivered unrusted. The rusting process of corten steel takes 4-5 months, depending on weather conditions. Eventually resulting in a striking burnt orange rusted pond round.
Key points of interest
- The pond must be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent any moisture between the packaging and the product from being trapped. This can cause stains that are difficult to remove or for the corten can cause irregular rust spots.
- The pH value of the water must be neutral (7) to prevent material damage.
- Annual cleaning involves rinsing off dirt with clean tap water and treating with a cleaning agent. Do not use a pressure washer and/or scouring pad, as this will damage the coating.
- We do not recommend Corten steel within a 2 km radius of a coastline.
- During the rusting process, of the Corten steel, rust water may come off the product.
- The warranty is void if drilling or grinding is done in a non-prescribed manner.
