Delivery

What are your shipping costs and additional charges?

We charge  a flat rate of £120 for order. This is added to the shopping cart during the payment process. When the customer is not present to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply. This will depend on the size of the order and courier used.

How long does delivery take?

Some of our items are shipped between 2-3 working days and others can take up to 15 working days. If you are concerned about delivery please give us a call on 01636 385908 and we can give you a more accurate estimate regrading which product you are ordering. Garden edging is only packed at the weekend so delivery will follow the following week. In a lot of cases, delivery will be a lot quicker but if it is delayed due to causes beyond our control we will extend the delivery time by a reasonable period and contact you with the new arrangements.

Can you deliver to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.

When will I get confirmation of my order?

After buying our products you should receive a confirmation email. If this does not happen in the first half an hour please check your junk and spam folders to see if the confirmation may have migrated there.

What should I do if my order is late?

We try our best to ensure that orders reach our customers on time, however of on the very unlikely occasion this does occur and your order is late, please call us on 01636 385908 so we can get the issue sorted as quickly as possible. We are a very friendly team and are readily available to rectify any issues that you may have.

Can my item be delivered on a specific day?

You will be contacted to confirm a delivery date by the courier and they may be able to deliver on specific date.

What should I do if my property has access issues?

Depending on the product, we might deliver by lorry. This means that if you do have access issues, please call us on 01636 385908 and we will make arrangments with the courier to use a smaller vehicle. All our deliveries are kerb-side only and made by a one-manned delivery team. It is essential that you make arrangements to safely off-load the goods when receiving the delivery. We recommend that you have assistance by able bodied persons to assist with the delivery especially for larger items.

Does my delivery need to be signed for?

Yes. Only sign once you are happy that the delivery has been received undamaged.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch and we will give you a full refund.

Returns

Am I able to return my order?

Yes you can return your items 14 days after the day of cancellation. Please contact us prior to returning any goods on 01636 385908. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the goods to be returned to us, therefore we advise insurance is taken out and the return is a recorded delivery service. To receive a full refund, goods must be returned in the same packaging, in their original condition, undamaged and unused.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

If your order has unfortunately arrived damaged, please dont accept the delivery or sign the delivery documents. Please call us on 01636 685908 and send us an email to info@aptstudios.co.uk with photos of the damaged product.

How long does Corten Steel take to weather?

All our Corten steel products dont arrive pre weathered. The rusting process takes approximatly 6-9 months in normal uk weather conditions.
